Integrations

The call is only useful if it lands somewhere.

Outcomes, callbacks and everything the agent collected go into the systems your team already opens each morning. What we have not built, the API and webhooks will reach.

Connected directly

Six that need no code.

Zoho CRM

CRM

Push call outcomes and callbacks straight onto the lead.

HubSpot

CRM

Sync contacts and log every call on the timeline.

WhatsApp Business

Messaging

Send a location card or a confirmation after the call.

Google Sheets

Sheets

Read a list from a sheet, write the results back to it.

Google Calendar

Calendar

Book a callback into a real calendar, on the call.

Zapier

Automation

Reach the six thousand apps we have not built yet.

Connecting one starts the sync from that moment. Nothing is backfilled, so your history stays as it was.

Tools

What the agent can reach for mid-sentence.

A tool is something the agent decides to use while it is talking, based on a description you write for it.

  1. 01

    HTTP request

Any method, your headers, your timeout. The agent says it is checking and carries on gracefully if your endpoint is slow.

  2. 02

    MCP server

Point at a server, refresh its function list, and choose which functions the agent may call.

  3. 03

    Transfer to a human

Hands the live call over with the transcript so far attached.

  4. 04

    WhatsApp message

Sends a card to the caller while they are still on the line.

  5. 05

    End call

Closes politely. Built in, nothing to configure.

API and webhooks

REST, JSON, bearer auth.

Scoped keys, shown once and revocable instantly. Sixty requests a minute per key. Webhooks are signed with your secret and retried with backoff for 24 hours.

Events

  • call.startedA call connected
  • call.completedA call ended, with duration and outcome
  • call.summaryThe written summary is ready
  • call.transferredThe agent handed over to a person
  • campaign.completedEvery contact in a campaign has been worked
  • number.assignedA number was attached to an agent

Key scopes

  • calls:readList calls, summaries and outcomes
  • recordings:readDownload recordings, where the plan allows it
  • campaigns:writeCreate, start and pause campaigns
  • numbers:readList numbers and their assignments

The builder also has a trigger node, so an agent flow can be started by a POST from your own system rather than by a phone call.

Directory

Everything else, over Zapier or the API.

These are the tools teams ask for most. Each is reachable today through an HTTP tool, a webhook, or Zapier, and the popular ones become native connectors over time.
